Mahanayak, Amitabh Bachchan is leading here also. Big B bought a land parcel in Alibaug for Rs. 10 Crore. Alibaug is the choicest destination for celebrities as its tranquil natural panoramic view of the Arabian Sea mesmerizes everyone.

Senior Bachchan bought this plotted development by HOABL (The House of Abhinandan Lodha). It is the second big real estate deal for Amitabh Bachchan with the developer after he bought a land parcel in Ayodhya.

Following Mr. Bachchan, actress Kriti Sanon bought herself a piece of land in Alibaug. She invested 2,000 acres of land with The House of Abhinandan Lodha in the project named Sol de Alibaug. Finding the locale peaceful, the Heropanti-actress said adding real estate to her portfolio is a big decision.

Bollywood’s Kabir Singh Shahid Kapoor bought himself a lavish apartment in Three Sixty West, Worli. The luxurious immovable asset with three reserved parking list actor with top Bollywood property investors. Soon after buying it, Shahid Kapoor rented the apartment for Rs. 20.5 lakh per month with a year lease.

The actor now owns one of the most expensive houses in Mumbai.

Tripti Dimri, the actress applauded for her acting skills in the movie Animal invested in a luxury apartment in Mumbai. She bought a bungalow in Bandra West for worth Rs. 14 crore.

Queen Kangana prefers Real Estate Investment

Like father, son Abhishek Bachchan also made an expensive real estate investment this year. The Dasvi Pass fame actor bought not just one but six apartments in Mumbai’s Borivali suburb. These luxury apartments overlooking Western Express Highway have 10 reserved parking too. Following individual investments in real estate, the father-son duo purchased a property together in Mumbai’s Mulund for a whopping price of Rs. 25 Crore.

Alibaug is the hotspot for houses of billionaires and the Mumbai real estate price witnessing a boom, inclination of HNI investors here is clearly visible.

Bollywood celebrities aren’t only interested in residential property for investment. But, many bigwigs like Ajay Devgan and Actor-turned politician Kangana Ranaut invested in commercial properties.

The queen-fame actress Kangana bought spacious office space in Andheri (west). The property is valued worth Rs. 1.56 Crore and paid a stamp duty of over Rs. 9 lakhs for the same. It is a spectacular property in Arc One office complex and the completion date for the same is December 2026.

Also, Bollywood’s Singham Ajay Devgan owns a property and rented it out for Rs. 7 lakh per month. The said property is primely located in Signature Tower, at Veera Desai Road, Andheri West.

Other than top celebrities, Suhana Khan also bought property in Alibaug after many B-town A-listers.
