Mumbai real estate is booming with celebrity investors’ activeness, as Hritik Rohan, ace actor rents his commercial property in the city. According to a leading real estate portal, the Fighter-movie actor rented his commercial property in Goregaon recently.
The property is in Lotus Corporate Park, Goregaon, Mumbai is an expansive ready to move in office space in 2,272 sq. ft. According to the documents quoted by Square Yards, the rent agreement dated 09th, Jan 2025, record a stamp duty of Rs. 88,000 and a registration fee of Rs. 1,000 were paid by a private technology firm.
Square Yards quoted, “It is located in Goregaon, Mumbai, one of the prominent business districts in the western suburbs, known for its excellent connectivity, thriving commercial ecosystem, and premium infrastructure.”

Shahid Kapoor rents his luxury apartment in Versova, Mumbai for a monthly rental of Rs. 75,000. The rental value will ascend to Rs. 78,750 in the next year.
According to the report in Hindustan Times, Sudarshanwar Vishal and Sudarshanwar Elsa Nilaj deposited Rs. 2.25 as security for tenancy.

Ajay Devgan, Bollywood’s famous name, rents commercial property for a whopping monthly amount. The popular, producer-turned actor, leased office space in Mumbai’s posh locale for Rs. 7 lakh rent per month. The giant figure is quoted in the document accessed by Square Yards.com.

The documents entitle three parking spaces for the office property in Signature Tower at Veera Desai Road, Andheri West. It is a five-year lease agreement for which the actor received Rs. 30 lakh as deposit money.
According to HT Media reports, Ajay Devgan owns five units in this property which he bought in April 2023, at an overall price of Rs. 45.09 Crore. As per documents, the registration of leave and license agreement took place on 02nd September at a stamp duty of Rs. 1.12 Lakh.
