Former Indian cricketer, Zaheer Khan purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai for Rs. 11 Crore. The immovable asset is at Mumbai’s coveted locale, Elphinstone road, according to the report by Hindustan times.
It is a ready-to-move-in apartment in Indiabulls Sky covering 2,158 sq ft. As per the documents assed by a leading real estate news portal, the luxury apartment in Mumbai has three car parking.
The document further shows that the property was bought by Zaheer Khan, his wife-actress Sagarika Ghatge, and brother-in-law Shivjeet Ghatge. It shows the trio paid a stamp duty of Rs. 66 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
The purchase deal was registered on February 10, 2025. The apartment is developed by Equinox India. It is a listed developer and was earlier known as Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd in June 2024.
According to RERA officials, the project is widespread on three acres and is ready to move 3BHK, 4BHK, 5BHK, and 6BHK apartments. Indiabulls Sky and Indiabulls Sky Forest relocated to Elphinstone Road near Lower Parel, popular as a commercial hub.
