Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan leased office space in Pune’s Kharadi locale for three years. The actor leased commercial property in EON, Kharadi, to Regus Ruby Business Center.
Located on the 8th floor of the World Trade Center covering an area of 9,209 sq ft is leased for a monthly rental of Rs. 6.08 lakh sq ft—the real estate transaction documents quoted by a leading new portal.
According to the agreement, the tenant paid a security deposit of approximately Rs. 11.88 lakh. Also, the rental value will grow by 5% every year, according to the documents. The tenant is also liable to pay Rs. 13 per sq ft for monthly maintenance charges and the same will also witness an ascend for 5% every year.

According to the documents quoted by a leading new portal, the rent agreement dated 09th, Jan 2025, record a stamp duty of Rs. 88,000 and a registration fee of Rs. 1,000 were paid by a private technology firm.

According to HT Media reports, Ajay Devgan owns five units in this property which he bought in April 2023, at an overall price of Rs. 45.09 Crore. As per documents, the registration of leave and license agreement took place on 02nd September at a stamp duty of Rs. 1.12 Lakh.
