Priyanka Chopra, the ace Bollywood star recently made a big real estate transaction. The actress sold four apartments in Mumbai. These luxury homes are in the Lokhandwala area, of Andheri West, Mumbai. Two out of these residential properties are on the 18th and 19th floors of the building. While the remaining two are part of duplex apartments sold for Rs. 6.35 Crore.
The apartments are spread over a total area of 5,045 sq ft and are sold to four separate buyers. The property registration deal lured a stamp duty worth Rs. 84.17 lakh, according to the news published in a leading news portal.
On behalf of the actress, Dr. Madhu Chopra her mother executed the real estate deal. Earlier, in November 2023, the actress sold two apartments in the same locale, to director, producer, and screenwriter Abhishek Chaubey for Rs. 6 Crore.

Also, these apartments are on the ninth floor of a residential tower spreading across 2.300 sq.ft. In the same year, earlier, Priyanka Chopra sold commercial property in Lokhandwala locality for Rs 7 Crore. The actress sold it to the dentist couple who were already tenants in the same property from 2021.
That office space covers more than 1,781 sq ft area with a 456 sq ft terrace and was leased at monthly rental for Rs.2.11 lakh per month.

Earlier in September 2024, Ajay Devgan, Bollywood’s famous name, rents commercial property for a whopping monthly amount. The popular, producer-turned actor, leased office space in Mumbai’s posh locale for Rs. 7 lakh rent per month.

The documents entitle three parking spaces for the office property in Signature Tower at Veera Desai Road, Andheri West. It is a five-year lease agreement for which the actor received Rs. 30 lakh as deposit money.

The politician-turned-actress Kangana, bought an office space in Andheri (West), Mumbai for a whopping Rs. 1.56 Crore. The legalities for the said real estate investment were completed on 23rd, August. According to a leading daily, Kangana paid a stamp duty of Rs. 9,37,500 Lakhs to own the property title.
Kangana’s recently bought immovable asset is situated at the Arc One office complex constructed by Chandra Gupta Estates. The project was already registered with the Maharashtra RERA authority in October 2022 and is scheduled to be completed by December 2026.
The actress won her maidenly contested Lok Sabha election this year by defeating Vikramaditya Singh, leader of the Indian National Congress from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. The congress leader is also the son of former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Mr. Virbhadra Singh.
By investing in commercial real estate, Kangana Ranaut, joined the list of Bollywood celebrities owning offices in Mumbai. The list includes Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, and Ajay Devgan bought office space in India’s financial capital.
