Ashiana Group plans Pan-India Expansion with Four New Projects

Ashiana Group, a reputed developer aims to expand its business footprints across the country. In the current fiscal 2024-25, the company looks forward to foray into Delhi-NCR, Panvel, and Bengaluru. Earlier in 2023, Ashiana Group unveiled two senior citizen-friendly living communities in Pune and Chennai.

Ankur Gupta, Managing Director, Ashiana Housing said, “In the current fiscal, we are also looking at acquiring between 25-30 lakh sqft for development.

At present, the company has five senior citizen communities in Bhiwadi-NCR, Lavasa Pune, Chennai, and Jaipur. These projects with 2500 units inventory are home to more than 2,500 aged-residents.

Gupta, also said, “In the year 2023-24 the company has achieved the revenue of Rs. 1800 crore. We are expected to get Rs. 2000 crore of revenue in the current financial year.” He further said, “Ashiana’s senior living communities focus on keeping seniors active, busy, healthy, and safe, all at the same time.
