Omaxe Developer is braced up to introduce sports centric project in Delhi’s Dwarka for worth Rs. 2,500 crore, said Mohit Goel, Company’s Managing Director. It will have a giant cricket stadium along with retail and hospitality sphere.
The company won bid for development of 50.40 acres land parcel from Delhi Development Authority (DDA). Omaxe Group will pay Rs. 18 crore per year to the authority for next 30 years.
With a seating capacity of more than 30,000 Omaxe Group plans to introduce ICC and FIFA standard international cricket-cum-football stadium in Dwarka Delhi. The project will also have an indoor stadium with a seating capacity of 2000 spectators.
Omaxe Group initiate India’s largest F&B store covering more than 500,000 square feet, high-street retail area, and invite only sports and leisure club, a 75,000 sq. ft. E-sports arena, and hotel with 148 keys.
The complex will also have large banquet space and parking sphere along with multi-level parking. It will have a celebration sphere for social and cultural gatherings. Also, there will be an Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis, badminton, squash, basketball, and football court.
“This development will bridge a significant gap in Delhi’s infrastructure by offering a world-class venue for sports, shopping and entertainment”, Goel said.
The upcoming project by Omaxe Group already become a topic of discussion amongst property investors. Also, its prime location will reap high return and capital appreciation making investment a fair decision.
