Signature Global, the Gurugram-based developer invest a hefty amount in its upcoming premium housing project. The company awarded Rs. 1144 Crore to Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd, for project construction.
Ahluwalia is a construction, infrastructure, and engineering company. As per the statement by the company, it aims to complete De-luxe DXP in Sector 37D, Gurugram within a given timeframe of five years.
The project is widespread in 16.65 acres and will comprise of 1008 units in eight towers. It will have 3BHK, 3.5BHK, 4.5BHK, and luxury penthouses. The company estimates an approximate sale of nearly 28.12 lakh sq ft.
AEDAS, the world-known international architect designed the layout. With landscape design is by Sanjay Bose and the Executive Architect for the project is DFI. Followed by structure consultation by Mahimtura and Sanelac is the MEP Consultant.
It is an IGBC-certified gold-rated gated community that has two clubhouses in 80,000 sq ft and seven swimming pools. The VRV air conditioning, Podium parking, and four apartments per core, the company said.

By far, Signature Global has delivered 11 million square feet of area in several projects. The developer holds a pipeline of 32.2 million square feet of saleable area in its upcoming projects complimenting 16.4 million square feet of ongoing development.
