Bollywood’s celebrated actor Abhishek Bachchan buys six luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Borivali suburb. These luxury homes are part of the Oberoi Sky City project by the Oberoi Realty.
The property value stands at Rs. 15.42 crore, according to the registration documents accessed by Zapkey.com. The apartment has a grandeur floor area of 4,894 sqft of RERA carpet for Rs. 31,498 per sq. ft as per documents.
The six apartments in the sky-scrapping building are on the 57th floor and overlook the Western Express Highway in Borivali East. These apartments purchase were registered on 28th May and secured 10 parking spaces.
The two apartments out of six measure 252 sqft and the carpet area for these are approximately 1,100 sq. ft. Parallel to these, the other two accumulated 1094 sqft area.
Oberoi developer has an Occupancy Certificate (OC) for the project in which the property is bought by the actor. The company informed the stock exchange about booking 24.22 lakh sqft out of the total 28.54 lakh sqft they constructed in the Oberoi Sky City project.
It is the second time, that actor Abhishek Bachchan bought property from Oberoi Realty. Earlier in 2014, he bought an apartment for Rs. 41 crore in Oberoi 360 in Worli by the developer. Later in August 2021, it was sold to him for worth Rs. 45.75 crore. The property has a couple of celebrated names as neighbours like Shahid Kapoor. Radhakishan Damani, owner of D-Mart, his family members, and associates also have apartments here. In February 2023, a couple of apartments were bought by them at a value of Rs. 1,238 crore.
