The famous Bollywood actor Ronit Roy recently bought a sea-facing luxurious apartment in Mumbai. Located in Versova, the upmarket locale in Mumbai’s western suburb Andheri for worth Rs. 19 crore. The property belonged to Macrotech Developers.
Ronit Roy’s luxury apartment is on the 20th floor and spans more than 4,259 sq ft. The luxury property renders four parking spaces to the owner. According to IndexTap.com, the actor paid a stamp duty of approximately Rs. 1.14 crore towards property registration.
The deal was finalised on 10th June as per the documents.
It is an under-construction project with G+29 floors and is likely to be completed by December 2026. The possession of the project is also likely to be in the same tenure.
