Alphacrop to launch Residential Project in Gurugram, invest Rs. 350 Crore

In Gurugram, the renowned developer Alphacrop forays into a joint venture to develop a residential project. The company currently invested Rs. 350 Crore in the same.

According to the reports, Alphacrop will develop 500,000 sq ft on two land parcels. One is for 2.38 acres and the second is for 2.36 acres. The project layout exhibits 29 floors with 200 units at an estimated potential revenue of Rs. 600 crore.

The project ‘Alphacrop SKY1’ is well-positioned in Sector 15, Part 2 Gurugram.
