IMC Securities Pvt Ltd finalized the highest lease rental deal in India. The company is a subsidiary of global trading company ICM Trading and has leased an office complex. According to Propstack show, the company sealed the deal for space in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex for Rs.700 per sq. ft.
In the Bandra Kurla Complex, the office space is on the 4th floor of the Maker Maxity 4 North Avenue building and the 16th of June is the commencement date of the lease. The average commercial rental prices in Mumbai float between Rs. 100-500 per sq. ft. The price varies according to localities in the city.
Till now, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) is the most expensive business hub in Mumbai. The cost of commercial spaces here is at par with the localities of Manhattan, New York City. In BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex) couple of blocks have rental prices over Rs.300 per sq. ft. Interestingly, G block in Bandra Kurla Complex has a rental price of Rs. 500 per sq. ft.
Before this, IMC Securities Pvt Ltd leased space twice in Bandra Kurla Complex. In 2021, at Rs. 405 per sq. ft. In 2022, Rs.421 per sq. ft. The company also leased office space of 25,260 sq ft in Altimus, Worli at Rs.320 per sq. ft.
