M3M India, the renowned realtor recently launched a luxury residential project in the millennium city. Located on Golf Course road extension, it costs Rs. 1200 crore, the company said.
It is a 4-acre development within the 60-acre Golf Estate in Gurugram. The company further said that it holds a revenue potential of Rs. 4,000 crore. Named M3M Altitude, it is designed by UHA (Uptown Hansen Architects) based in London.
The project of Rs. 1200 crore has 350 units in total ranging between Rs. 10 crore to 30 Crore. According to the company, its estimated delivery time is 2031.
Sudeep Bhatt, President, M3M India, said, “In recent years, GCRE has emerged as Gurgaon’s ultimate destination for luxury residences, catalyzing a surge in demand and substantial annual price appreciation.”
Oracle Landscape laid the blueprint for M3M Altitude and it has 4BHK apartments with a servant room facility. It also offers penthouses from 3780 to 8000 sq. ft. It is an uber luxury residential project with a sky clubhouse to offer a spectacular skyline view.
M3M Altitude received an overwhelming response from investors and its waterfall cascade frontage lured everyone. The grand entryway and valet or call-in driver feature is a distinct and impressive feature of this project.
