Quess Crop’s Chairman buys most Expensive Property in Bengaluru’s Billionaire Street

Ajit Isaac, the chairman and managing director of Quess Crop, a Bengaluru-based company, purchased a premium property in Billionaire Street. Recently, he bought an immovable asset worth Rs. 67.5 crores in the Koramangala area. The property covers 10,000 sq. ft. According to sources, it is the most expensive property deal in India’s maiden silicon city.

According to the brokers, previously, the property was owned by Arvind and Geeta Reddy. They also informed that in the area the current price stands at Rs. 70,300 per sq. ft. It is the third block in the Koramangala locality and is famous as Billionaire’s Street. The reason is the property ownership by giants here.

Infosys co-founders Nandan Nilekeni, Kris Gopalakrishnan, and Dr. Devi Shetty of Narayana Health own a property here. The Flipkart founders Sachin and Binny Bansal also own a property on Billionaire Street.

There are a total of six blocks in the locality and the third block is the most expensive. The large and spacious unit sizes are behind the higher inclination of property prices.

Back in 2021, in the same locality, Isaac bought a bungalow at Rs. 52 crore that covers 9,507 sq. ft. The property is exactly on the premises of Koramangala Extension. The then per sq ft price stood at Rs. 58,000.
