Rustomjee, the well-known and listed developer unveiled its maiden luxury housing project in Thane, Mumbai. The project is in partnership with Keppel. In a statement company said, the project named Verdant Vistas is likely to have 440 housing units. Also, this luxury development estimates a potential revenue generation of Rs. 1,750 Crore.
For Rustomjee Group, it is the first-ever residential project in Thane’s luxury segment. The company plans more such projects in Bandra, Prabhadevi, and Juhu. The project layout designs two buildings, first one will have 176 flats, while the second building will have 264 flats.
In the statement company said, “The project offers 3BHK units ranging from 1,100 to 1,300 sq ft, while the 4BHK units will be of sizes ranging from 1,750 to 2,250 sq ft.”

Each housing unit in the gated community will have decks to spectate creek views. There will be over 25 amenities on three floors including a water body, clubhouse, fitness arena, amphitheater, and children’s play area.

Thane is a strategic location with swift connectivity to Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. The Thane-Diva-Kalyan metro expansion and the proposed Thane-Borivali underground tunnel will ease travel towards the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
