According to a leading news portal, the property transaction was recorded on February 14th. The apartments are in Puja Casa building and a deal is made for 36 months. The transaction includes leave and license agreement.
The maiden transaction includes a duplex on the first and second floor. The agreement for the same is signed by both the landlords. Including actor-producer Jacky Bhagnani and his sister Deepshika Deshmukh.
The security deposit stands at Rs. 32.97 lakh and monthly rental for luxury apartment is Rs. 11.54 lakh. Similarly, a transaction took place for the duplex on seventh and eight floors. It is owned by producer Vashu Bhagnani. The monthly rental amount for this apartment is Rs. 12.61 lakh and a security deposit of Rs. 36 lakh is accounted for the same.
The combined monthly rental for both properties values at Rs. 24.15 lakh.

According to HT Media reports, Ajay Devgan owns five units in this property which he bought in April 2023, at an overall price of Rs. 45.09 Crore. As per documents, the registration of leave and license agreement took place on 02nd September at a stamp duty of Rs. 1.12 Lakh.
