Sobha developer to launch a row-house project in Bangalore amid 26-acre. With this dream project the company estimates revenue generation between Rs. 2700-2800 crores. The developer has taken all the necessary approval and hold RERA registration number. The construction work at the site can begin anytime soon, said officials close to the development.
A five-phase development is planned for the completion of a row-house project named ‘Sobha Crystal Meadows’. December 2029 is the estimated time for the completion of the first phase. The company said the second phase is estimated to be completed by the end of December 2031. Following this, the third, fourth, and five phases are planned to be completed by December 2032, 2033, and 2035 respectively.
It is a luxury project with 290 English-themed residences at Off Sarjapur road, Bangalore. The super built-up area at Sobha Crystal Meadows will vary between 4237 sq. ft. and 4815 sq. ft. With a layout of G+3 levels including a terrace.

Sobha Elysia is another project launched alongside Sobha Crystal Meadows by the Sobha group. The project Elysia offers luxury apartments in the GIFT city on over 2.65 acres. The total saleable area in the vicinity is 1,249,984.98 sq. ft. Sobha Elysia will have twin towers with premium 3BHK and 4BHK apartments. These residential units will range between 1,870 sq. ft. and 2,625 sq. ft.
