In a recent development, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Authority (YEIDA) plans the sale of institutional plots near Noida International Airport. According to sources, these are a total of nine institutional plots in six sectors close to the airport.
YEIDA said these plots can have healthcare infrastructure, nursing homes, nursery schools, child welfare, and maternity centers. By selling these plots, the authority aims to raise approximately Rs. 100 crore.
An official from the authority said, “The authority had earlier this month floated a scheme for the allotment of nine plots located in six different sectors along the Yamuna Expressway. This is a golden opportunity to invest in these plots located in the proximity with upcoming Noida airport. The registrations for the scheme have already begun and it will close on August 30.”
Going forward, the official said, plot allotment will be done via e-auction, and the schedule for the same will be announced soon.
To apply for plots, applicants will have to visit the YEIDA website www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com to download the application and will have to pay a registration fee that will be 10 percent of the total reserve price of the plot size.
The allotment rate for these land parcels ranges between Rs.15,020 per sq mtr and Rs. 22,770 per sq mtr. YEIDA will allot plots for nursery schools at a reserve price of Rs. 15,020 per sq mtr, the plot allotment for healthcare and other facilities will be made at Rs. 22,770 per sq mtr.
