Ascott Group, a sister company of Singapore-based business giant enters the Gurugram property market. The company in collaboration with Paras Buildtech launch its maiden hotel apartment project in Gurugram at the Citadines Paras Square.
It has 94 well-equipped studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. This project in the Millennium City will render services to business class and avid travellers.
Ascott Limited is a Singapore-based Capital and Investment Limited’s wholly owned lodging business unit. With the addition of Citadines Paras Square, Ascott India’s portfolio count stands at 18, including other properties in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Goa, and Chennai.

The strategic positioning of Citadines Paras Square in Sector 63, Gurugram is a part of Paras Square, a mix-used development by Paras Buildtech.
