Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan recently bought an immovable asset in Alibaug, Maharashtra. King Khan’s daughter finalized the deal after the release of her debut film The Archies, helmed by Zoya Akhtar.  It is the second plot purchased by Suhana Khan valued at Rs. 9.50 crore. The plot covers 78,362 sq. ft. area in the village of Alibaug

According to sources, 23-year-old Suhana Khan inked the property purchase deal with the previous owner Nozer Rusi Wadia. He is a resident of South Mumbai and the deal transferred title ownership to Suhana for the open land at 13 km distance from the Madwa Jetty on Alibaug-Revas road.

Suhana Khan also owns a 1.5 acre of agricultural land parallel to a 2,218 sq. ft, structure on the plot for Rs. 12.91 crore. Earlier, the land was owned by three sisters Anjali, Rekha, and Priya Khot which they inherited from their parents.

Suhana Khan’s father, Shahrukh Khan also own a sea-facing bunglow in Thal, Alibaug. The Bollywood celebrity often hosts parties at the palatial property with a swimming pool and a helipad.

Over time, Alibaug’s popularity among celebrities has risen largely. The coastal villages particularly become investment destinations for celebrities and corporate giants.

Before this, the celebrity couple, Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli bought a vacation home spread over 2,000 ft. It is a luxury bungalow project by Aditya Kilachand in Awas village. The couple paid Rs.6 corer to make the purchase.

Previously, in September 2022, the celebrity couple bought a farmhouse in Zirad village. The couple followed in the footsteps of Indian skipper Rohit Sharma, who in 2021, bought four acres of land in Mhatroli village in the same locality.

Unlike earlier, the connectivity to Alibaug has improved magnificently with row-row service becoming operational. The 22 km sea bridge Atal Setu now connects Sewri to Nhava Sheva also enhanced road connectivity to the place.

Atal Setu is India’s longest sea link road and is inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi.
