Brigade Group, a Bengaluru-based developer introduces a new residential project with an estimated revenue potential of Rs. 400 Crore. ‘Cobalt’ is a residential tower in a 50-acre gated community of Brigade El Dorado.
The luxury residential project is well-positioned in KIADB Aerospace Park, Bengaluru. In the regulatory filling, the company said, they expect revenue of over Rs. 400 Crore from the 6.1 million square feet project. There are 948 single-bedroom apartments in the luxurious housing project.
Talking about the new launch, the company informed that the new luxury township is 15 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport. Also, several landmark workplaces and educational establishments are nearby. Additionally, many new commercial and IT parks are also coming in the nearby vicinity of the project.
By Q2 2028-29 the tower with single-bedroom will be ready. There will be 80 world-class amenities to experience a premium lifestyle. The integrated township has a hospital, central park, multiplex, sports, and retail facilities.
Amar Mysore, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited, said “In the recent past, there has been a surge in the number of multinational companies that have chosen to set up shop in North Bengaluru, creating a demand for skilled talent. This in turn has fuelled the growth and demand for high quality, sustainable real estate in the region.”
He further said, that potential home buyers in the region are primarily millennials, who aren’t just looking for houses, but rather accommodations that mirror their accomplishments and match their aspirations.
It is the second launch in the month after the company unveiled the development of the 8-acre residential project in West Bangalore with a revenue potential of Rs. 1100 crore
