Lloyds Group Promoter’s Family buys Sea-Facing Property in Worli, Mumbai

In a recent development, Abha Gupta and Shreekrishna Gupta bought a sea-facing property in India’s financial capital. They are the immediate family of Mukesh Gupta, founder, chairman, and broad member of Lloyds Group.

The triplex apartment of 13,207 sq ft is in the posh locale of Worli, Mumbai, and is valued at Rs. 107.15 crore. The detailed were shared in the documents listed by the analytical firm Zapkey show.

It is a luxury apartment in the Sea Crest building which is a 40-storey residential project with a sea façade. The premium project features luxurious abodes of less than 20 units. Sugee Developers Pvt Ltd owns it and legalities for the property purchase were completed on June 26. There are a total of 16 car parking slots in the luxury residential address.

Lloyds Enterprises is also a sister-firm of Lloyds Group that owns Lloyds Metal and Energy, Lloyds Luxuries, Lloyds Realty Developer Ltd, and Lloyds Engineering Work. The company’s business operations include importing, exporting, and dealing in iron and steel, alloy steel scrap, steel tubes, pipes, and wires.

Earlier to this, Nadir Godrej, the prominent Industrialist and Chairperson of Godrej Agrovet bought luxury property in India’s financial capital. The prominent industrialist finalized the purchase of three apartments in Mumbai’s Malabar Hills for Rs. 180 Cr.

Few days back, Priyanjali Mariwala, the daughter of Harish Mariwala, founder and CEO of Marico Group, bought a sea-facing apartment. The luxury residential property is Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla-Complex (BKC) and is valued at Rs. 65.25 Crore.
