Ajay Devgan, Bollywood’s famous name, rents commercial property for a whopping monthly amount. The popular, producer-turned actor, leased office space in Mumbai’s posh locale for Rs. 7 lakh rent per month. The giant figure is quoted in the document accessed by Square Yards.com.
The documents entitle three parking spaces for the office property in Signature Tower at Veera Desai Road, Andheri West. It is a five-year lease agreement for which the actor received Rs. 30 lakh as deposit money.
According to HT Media reports, Ajay Devgan owns five units in this property which he bought in April 2023, at an overall price of Rs. 45.09 Crore. As per documents, the registration of leave and license agreement took place on 02nd September at a stamp duty of Rs. 1.12 Lakh.
Earlier this month, the politician-turned-actress Kangana, bought an office space in Andheri (West), Mumbai for a whopping Rs. 1.56 Crore. The legalities for the said real estate investment were completed on 23rd, August. According to Propstack, Kangana paid a stamp duty of Rs. 9,37,500 Lakhs to own the property title.
Also, Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan bought a plotted land in Alibaug, Maharashtra. The veteran actor sealed the deal with HOABL (House of Abhinandan Lodha) for worth Rs. 10 crore.
The Animal-movie fame actress Tripti Dimri, bought a bungalow worth Rs. 14 crore. The property is in Mumbai’s posh Carter Road in Bandra West and has ground plus two storey duplex. The Bungalow house number 25 on Sherly Rajan Road is built on 2,226 square feet of land. The residential property has a ground floor with dual levels at a total area of 2,194 sq. ft.
