Delhi-based Eros Group increased its monetary influx at the housing project in Gurgaon. The company in its filling informed, investment of Rs. 400 crore in the third phase of its residential project in the millennium city.
Eros Group also informed about sold inventory worth Rs. 200 Crore. The company weighed in Rs. 400 crore in five towers of Sampoornam 3.
It is a mega project of 21,728 square meters and has 11 towers with 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments. For now, booking is open for 318 out of 726 units. The project by Eros Group is well-positioned near the upcoming Aqua Line metro station of NMRC (Noida Metro Rail Corporation) in Sector 2, Greater Noida. It is well-aligned on a 130-meter wide main road that connects KP 5 and Depot metro station in Greater Noida.

In the first phase, the project has 258 flats and 90 shops, the company said.
