Signature Global, one of the leading real estate developers, recorded an increase of 184% in pre-sales in H2, 2024. The total sales in the second half of FY24-25 accumulates at Rs. 27.8 billion.
According to the company, it already achieved 59% of its sales guidance for Rs. 100 billion in the fiscal year 2024-25. Signature Global registered pre-sales of Rs. 59.0 billion in the first half of FY 25 which calculates to 217% year-on-year growth.
Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global said, “Our focus on premium and mid-housing projects, strategic land acquisitions, and the introduction of new customer-centric initiatives will ensure we stay ahead of curve.”
In H1, FY 25, the company’s collection rose by 60% to Rs. 21.3 billion. At Signature Global, sales increased from Rs. 11,762 per sqft in FY24 to Rs. 13, 379 per sqft in FY25. In the closing of H1, FY25, net debt for Signature Global stood at Rs. 10.2 billion in comparison to Rs. 11.6 billion in FY24.
Earlier in September, Signature Global, the Gurugram-based developer invest a hefty amount in its upcoming premium housing project. The company awarded Rs. 1144 Crore to Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd, for project construction.
Ahluwalia is a construction, infrastructure, and engineering company. As per the statement by the company, it aims to complete De-luxe DXP in Sector 37D, Gurugram within a given timeframe of five years.
The project is widespread in 16.65 acres and will comprise of 1008 units in eight towers. It will have 3BHK, 3.5BHK, 4.5BHK, and luxury penthouses. The company estimates an approximate sale of nearly 28.12 lakh sq ft. AEDAS, the world-known international architect designed the layout. With landscape design is by Sanjay Bose and the Executive Architect for the project is DFI. Followed by structure consultation by Mahimtura and Sanelac is the MEP Consultant.
