Tripti Dimri, the Animal-movie fame actress bought a bungalow worth Rs. 14 crore. The property is in Mumbai’s posh Carter Road in Bandra West and has ground plus two storey duplex. The Bungalow house number 25 on Sherly Rajan Road is built on 2,226 square feet of land. The residential property has a ground floor with dual levels at a total area of 2,194 sq. ft.
The property is in a similar state to that of 1970 and it is not clear if the actress will consider redevelopment of the same. It is a sea-facing property, however, there is no update about the renovation of the layout.
For the registration of the immovable asset, the actress made a payment of Rs. 70 lakh for the registration. Supporting the documents are accessible on the IndexTop.com. In 1931, the earlier owner of the property bought it in an auction sale.
At present, the actress resides at one of the apartments in Sherly Rajan Road, carter road, Banda West, Mumbai. Before this, actor Shahid Kapur also bought a duplex apartment in the city for the value of Rd. 63 crore.
In recent times, Bollywood bigwigs have been inclined to investment in property. Earlier to Tripti Dimri, Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Shilpa Shetty, and more have bought properties. Following the list, Akshay Kumar and Suhana Khan also bought some luxury properties.
Along with B-town, cricketing personalities also emphasize property purchases, as Kapil Dev, Virat Kohli, and Rohit Sharma also invested in the real estate market.
