The veteran actor bought the 5,185 sq ft property in April 2021 for Rs. 31 Crore. The sold value of the property shows 168% hike in three years.
According to the report published in Hindustan Times, the property registration for the same was completed on 17th January. The triplex apartment in Mumbai’s plush locale is on the 27th and 28th floor of The Atlantis building.

Furthermore, a stamp duty of Rs. 4.98 Crore and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000 is paid to complete the deal. According to reports, the apartments has six parking spaces.
The new property owner are Vijay Singh Thakor and Kamal Vijay Thakor according to the report.
Earlier, the actor rented the same apartment in Andheri to actress Kriti Sanon for Rs. 10 lakh monthly rental in November 2021. For which the actress paid a security deposit of Rs. 60 lakhs.
The Bachchan family’s inclination towards real estate from past couple of years is clearly sightful. By far they have invested approximately Rs. 200 Crore in the Indian real estate market.

The legalities for the said real estate investment were completed on 23rd, August. According to Propstack, Kangana paid a stamp duty of Rs. 9,37,500 Lakhs to own the property title.
Kangana’s recently bought immovable asset is situated at the Arc One office complex constructed by Chandra Gupta Estates. The project was already registered with the Maharashtra RERA authority in October 2022 and is scheduled to be completed by December 2026.
