County Group, one of the leading real estate developers in North India, announced the launch of a new luxury project. The mega-gated community is coming up at Noida’s prime location. The county group plans to develop a 28-acre ultra-luxury project in Sector 115, Noida.
The company will invest Rs. 5000 Crore in Ivory County via self-funding and bank finance. Also, the amount raised from customers’ advance payments with booking is estimated to make the sale of Rs. 7500 crores.
Ivory County will have more than 2370 residential units. In the next five years, it will be developed in three phases. The project distinguishes between Ivory County and Ivory County Gold in the same premises.
In the first phase, County Group will offer 1500 residential units for Rs. 14,000 per square foot. The cost of residential units in Ivory County Gold will be priced at Rs. 16,000 per square foot. At Ivory County, the starting price of a luxury home is Rs. 3 crore and will go up to Rs. 12 crore.

Ivory County in Sector 115 Noida will have two luxury clubhouses. They both will be loaded with premium amenities for residents to experience exoticness. Club ‘IVOR’ is for Ivory County. A dedicated clubhouse ‘AURUS’ will be for Ivory County Gold residents.
The project will have world-class conveniences for residents to enjoy premium living. There will be an Artist’s Corner, a Skating Rink, and a Sculpture Garden. The Amphitheatre, Swimming Pool, and Festival Court will also be a part of Ivory County. This luxury project will have a Water Park, Fish Pond, Pet Park, and Sports Activities Area.
