In Mumbai’s BKC, Marico’s Priyanjali Mariwala buys Sea-Facing Apartment worth Rs. 65 Cr

Priyanjali Mariwala, the daughter of Harish Mariwala, founder and CEO of Marico Group, bought a sea-facing apartment. The luxury residential property is Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla-Complex (BKC) and is valued at Rs. 65.25 Crore.

She heads the ASCENT Foundation, a non-profit organization of her father. According to the documents disclosed by Zapkey.com, the property is in Sunteck Signature Island, Mumbai. The apartment is sold by Starlit System (I) Pvt ltd and its carpet area is 8292 sq. ft. It also has four car parking spaces, the documents show.  

On 01st July property registration took place for the same.

In the Signature Island complex, there are two available sizes 7,000 sq ft and 11,000 sq ft. The project only has premium residential inventory and ownership for the same is eligible by invitation only.

Priyanjali Mariwala, who heads an NGO empowers high-potential and growth-ready entrepreneurs by assisting them to grow in the business arena.

Earlier to Priyanjali, Manappuram Finance MD Nandakumar bought a sea-facing duplex in Mumbai for Rs. 41 crore. The luxury property is in Mumbai’s Bandra locale and has a total area of 4,500 sqft.

VP Nandakumar is the Managing Director and Chief Executive of Manappuram Finance, a Kerala-based financial institution. The property registration took place on April 24’ and a stamp duty of Rs. 2.3 crore was paid for the same.

It is a sea-facing residential property on Carter Road, the prime locality in Bandra, Mumbai. The project is by S Raheja developer and has only one apartment per floor. According to the developer, it is an exclusive USP of its project.
