Industrialist Nadir Godrej bought Three Apartments in Mumbai’s Malabar Hills

In a recent happening, Nadir Godrej, the prominent Industrialist and Chairperson of Godrej Agrovet bought luxury property in India’s financial capital. The prominent industrialist finalized the purchase of three apartments in Mumbai’s Malabar Hills for Rs. 180 Cr.

The property widespread in more than 13,831 sqft was bought by an industry bigwig at Rs. 1.3 lakh per sq. ft. This luxury property is in the vicinity of Ruparel house and is sold by JSW realty.

According to the information, the property purchase deal was signed on 12th June, and a stamp duty of Rs. 3.5 crore for each apartment was paid. The carpet area of each apartment stands at 4,610 sq ft and is on 6th, 7th, and 8th floor.

In the past, some time, Malabar Hills and another micro market in South Mumbai witnessed massive redevelopment. According to Savills India, a surge is seen in the property micro-market of Malabar Hills, Walkeshwar, and Nepean Sea road in South Mumbai. Earlier in March, Rekha Jhunjhunwala, wife of late stock investor billionaire Rakesh Jhunjhunwala bought almost the entire inventory in the building. The move was made to enjoy an unobstructed view of the Arabian Sea from her Malabar Hill home

Her newly bought luxury abode is right behind the sea-facing Rockside CHS, which was supposed for redevelopment. Mukul Aggarwal, founder and director at Param Capital, bought three apartments in Lodha Malabar, Mumbai for Rs. 263 crore. These apartments are located in Lodha Malabar at Walkeshwar Road, Mumbai.
