R Madhavan, Bollywood’s famous actor bought a luxury apartment in Mumbai worth Rs. 17.5 Crore. The property is in Bandra-Kurla-Complex (BKC) and has strengthened his wealth portfolio.
The luxury apartment is part of Signia Pearl, a high-rise gated community with 4BHK and 5BHK inventory. It is a premium residential project based on the concept of ‘Venetian Suites’. Earlier in April, Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan bought a plotted land in Alibaug, Maharashtra. The veteran actor sealed the deal with HOABL (House of Abhinandan Lodha) for worth Rs. 10 crore.
The colossal land with a beachfront view measures 10,000 sq. ft. at the island on the western coast of India. It is a part of HOABAL’s project named A Alibaug which was launched in April 2023, the sources close to the development said. However, the developer didn’t register any comment on the deal with the celebrity buyer.
Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon has acquired 2,000 sqft land at realty firm The House of Abhinandan Lodha’s premium project at Alibaug in Maharashtra. In a statement, The House of Abhinandan Lodha on Thursday said Sanon has acquired 2,000 sq ft land in its premium project, Sol de Alibaug, about 60 minutes from South Mumbai by Goa.
