Mumbai real estate records another high priced deal of the year, as a triplex apartment in BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex) sold for Rs. 99 Crore. According to Hindustan Times, a company named Gecom International Pvt Ltd bought the property in Signature Island.
The immovable asset is developed by Suntech Realty as per the registry documents.
It further discloses that the luxury apartment is worth Rs. 55,800 per Sq ft and has 10 parking spaces. The registration for the same was made on 10 January 2025 at a stamp value of Rs. 5.94 Crore along with a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
The triplex is overs 11,295 sq ft and has an additional space of 4,834 sq ft.
