In the fiscal year 2024-25, Bangalore-based Brigade Group plans to launch projects in Bangalore and Chennai. The company aim to introduce over 6.5 million sq. ft. space in these two cities.
Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises, expressed that an investment of approximately Rs.2,700 crore is on the cards for these projects.
By far, the company has launched 4 million sq. ft. space across the Bangalore city. Pavitra Shankar, MD, Brigade Enterprises, said the company plans to launch property projects in Hyderabad besides Bangalore and Chennai.
In the current fiscal year, Brigade Enterprises yielded a profit of Rs. 56 crore. The organization made its presence felt in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore, Kochi, and Gift City- Gujarat. Brigade Group ventured into the real estate market of Thiruvananthapuram, Mangalore, and Chikkamagaluru.
The company forays into all real estate verticals like residential, commercial, and mix-use development in these cities.
Furthermore, Pavitra Shankar, MD, Brigade Group, said the company focus on business expansion in South Asia. In conversation with a leading media house, she said, “As we have invested here in terms of having a presence and creating a network, when we enter a market, we want to be present across segments – office, retail, residential and hospitality. We much rather go deep into a market than spread across one-off projects in multiple markets.”
Brigade Group has multiple new launches in Bangalore, like Brigade Sanctuary, Brigade Calista, Brigade Horizon, Brigade Orchards – Ivory, and Fairmonts at Brigade Orchards.
In Chennai, the company has several upcoming projects, including Brigade Xanadu – Celeste and Destino.
