Kangana Ranaut, a Bollywood actress and Member of Parliament made a real estate investment deal recently.
The politician-turned-actress Kangana, bought an office space in Andheri (West), Mumbai for a whopping Rs. 1.56 Crore. The legalities for the said real estate investment were completed on 23rd, August. According to Propstack, Kangana paid a stamp duty of Rs. 9,37,500 Lakhs to own the property title.
Kangana’s recently bought immovable asset is situated at the Arc One office complex constructed by Chandra Gupta Estates. The project was already registered with the Maharashtra RERA authority in October 2022 and is scheduled to be completed by December 2026.
The actress won her maidenly contested Lok Sabha election this year by defeating Vikramaditya Singh, leader of the Indian National Congress from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. The congress leader is also the son of former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Mr. Virbhadra Singh.
By investing in commercial real estate, Kangana Ranaut, joined the list of Bollywood celebrities owning offices in Mumbai. The list includes Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, and Ajay Devgan bought office space in India’s financial capital.
