Prestige Group, a Bangalore-based reputed developer recorded sale of Rs. 1300 crore in the recent property pre-launch in Mumbai. The project Prestige Ocean Towers in South Mumbai witnessed a rush from investors.
The project on 2 acres in Marine Lines offers a scenic view of the Arabian Sea and Marine Drive. The gushing sea façade luxury residential project sprawls over 2- acres. It has over 160 luxury homes in two high-rise towers. Prestige Ocean Towers estimates a revenue potential of Rs. 4,100 core.

This encourages us to launch the remaining inventory at Prestige Ocean Towers sooner than we anticipated.”
At the pre-launch event, Prestige Group unveiled 75 residences that valued revenue generation of Rs. 1700 crore. Interestingly, 70% of the inventory was sold before the official launch of the experience center and sample apartment, the company said.

Earlier, the company recorded sales of nearly Rs. 6,000 crores. These two projects namely Prestige Jasdan Classic and Prestige Daffodils in Mahalaxmi and Bandra are choicest among investors.
With this, Prestige Group plans portfolio expansion in Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi and Bandra-Kurla-complex. The company is in the process to bring in new and futuristic projects, however, it has completed 300 projects by now.
